The project is located in the east of Xuancheng City, the urban section of Wutun Highway. The road starts from Wanxi Road in the West and reaches Lingyang Road in the east. The total length of the project is about 451 meters, and the width of the road is about 60 meters. It belongs to the main traffic road. The municipal comprehensive pipeline corridor along the line is about 3000 meters in length. There are six bridges across the whole line, one connecting the river (about 16 meters long), one crossing the Jiefang River (about 30 meters long), one crossing the Shuiyang River Bridge (about 350 meters long), one crossing the Shuanghe Bridge (about 220 meters long) and one crossing the Shahe River Bridge (about 16 meters long). The total length of the bridge is about 316 meters, with a maximum single span of 80 meters. The construction scope includes bridges, roads, drainage, water supply, transportation, electricity and so on. Bridge construction pays attention to the unique landscape function of the bridge and the coordination between the bridge body and the landscape planning along the river. The shape draws inspiration from the seashore. The bridge takes the wave as the main design element, reflects the geographical characteristics of the new area, and highlights the strong characteristics of the beautiful bay area. Its lifelike wave shape is novel and unique. When the light is on at night, it gives us a beautiful scene of spray flowers. Construction started in April 2016 and opened to traffic on August 1, 2018.

The project extends from Liangshan Street to Shengpan Street, 48 meters wide and 2 kilometers long, including road corridors and supporting underground pipelines; Hongwen Road Xincheng Street to Liangshan Street, 30 meters wide and 3.36 kilometers long, including roads and supporting underground pipelines; Zhuhe Street Anji Road to Hongwen Road, 30 meters wide and 2.8 kilometers long, respectively. The project mainly consists of two parts: one is the station front square, covering an area of 534,000 square meters; the other is the surrounding supporting roads, including the main road, the square supporting road, and the bridge across the stream. The total investment of the project is about 782 million yuan.
